DOMUS, founded in 2006 and operating in Brazil and Portugal, aims to collaborate with companies in the construction industry in their digital transformation journeys, in particular, in BIM (Building Information Modeling) adoption.
For this, DOMUS operates in four areas: Architectural Projects, BIM Project Management, BIM Implementation Consultancy and BIM Teaching.

ROGÉRIO LIMA - founder
Architect and Urbanist. PhD candidate at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon – Portugal. Member of DCG – Design and Computation Group – FAUL, with a research on BIM and Generative Systems applied to historic buildings. MSc degree in Architecture from PROARQ / FAU- UFRJ – Brazil (2010) and Specialist in Cities Management (2001). Still in the academic field, He's a professor of the Architecture course at the University of Maranhão State and Director of the Master International in BIM Management offered by Zigurat Global Institute of Technology (Barcelona).
In addition to academic activities, he's founder and owner of DOMUS architecture and consultancy and author of several architectural designs using BIM methodology, in particular, to institutional and commercial areas, as well as consulting for BIM implementation in several companies. All these projects gave him the experience to work in the management of multidisciplinary teams and with a wide variety of technologies, such as: BIM authoring software, Visual programming (Dynamo and Grasshopper), Python, 4D BIM software, as well as tools for analyzing models and common data environments (CDE).
