The consultancy we did at COBRAPE aimed to implement BIM in its inspection and management activities for government civil constructions. During the two years that we worked with them, we carried out process diagnoses, proposed a BIM implementation plan, with schedules, definition of BIM Uses, indications of software, hardware, a lot of training and the development of a pilot project.

The BELSUL company develops very successful real estate projects. Two years ago, DOMUS started implementing BIM and during this time projects for residential condominiums and shopping centers were developed. The construction of these projects will start in 2023 and we will be able to see the real impact of BIM during the construction and maintenance phase.

The engineering sector of the Maranhão Court of Justice is undergoing a very strong digital transformation and we are collaborating with them on this journey. We carried out several training courses, redesigned processes and developed pilot projects to validate these processes. The next challenge will be the contracting of engineering services according to the new Brazilian bidding law.
